Small meals, often
We feed four small meals each day to meet our rescues’ needs, with feeding routines customizable for your horse.

Almost six acres. A little more peace.
Little Red Barn Farms is a private residence in the equestrian community of Prairie Creek Park.
Our resident horses are rescues, each with a different story and a place here to recover and heal. Their needs shape everything we do: patient routines, thoughtful care, and a quiet environment where they can feel safe.
We occasionally welcome a boarding horse whose owner shares those same values. Keeping our group small lets us give each horse the attention and comfort they deserve.
From mealtimes to shade on a warm afternoon, our routines are built around each horse’s well-being.

Our open-concept stalls connect to pasture, allowing horses to move freely. Stalling for part of the day can also be accommodated.
Automatic fly sprayers and motion-sensor fans in each stall help keep horses comfortable.
Ongoing pasture maintenance and active fly-control practices support comfortable grazing in lush, green pastures.
Clean water is added twice daily, with ice for an extra touch of comfort in the Florida heat.
Shade trees, shade structures, and a misting station offer places to take a break from the sun.

This is our home, and the horses’ home too. We typically limit boarding to two horses, preserving an intimate setting for responsible owners who cherish their time with their horses.
We value a peaceful, drama-free atmosphere, mutual respect, and the freedom to enjoy that time together.
